Market investigation has arouse a true perception that people desire to replace actual non-eco goods, to the eco-friendly new generation ones, since respected high quality standards. After all, the population wants to preserve the planet’s health – today and in the future.
Eco-cloths, eco-food and beverage, eco-house hardware, eco-plastic items, eco-cosmetics and hygienic, eco-furniture, eco-office supplies, among so much items we are used to consume every day. Now, where to find them out?
In the other hand, hundred of thousand small or medium size producers has no opportunity to trade their eco-production due to the retails constraints for the new suppliers.
The Made in Forest mission is to serve society with the most comprehensible availability source of eco-suppliers to eco-consumers. “We are not an e-commerce site, the businesses are carried out directly between the consumer and the supplier” explain Martin Mauro. This trade model makes the prices more attractive to consumer, confirm the internet usage trend, and more comfortable way to shop.
The environmental network was initially launched in Brazil, and collects over than 20,000 registered companies and visitors with accesses from 54 countries. At the Twitter (@madeinforest), 1200 followers, including The UNO, US Congress, Environmental Ministry from Brazil, and ecologists worldwide are daily updated about the eco businesses inside the network. There, it is already possible to find out a variety range of: NGOs, suppliers of eco products and services, eco tourism, eco education, recycling centers by recycle material’s type, and eco-citizens profiles aware on the sustainability and the environment causes.
The files are structured and organized by country, category of eco-goods and eco-services available. "We factually ad value to the green economy chain, contributing to the intense relationship among network society” said Fabio Biolcati, another founding partner of Made in Forest.
In the age of the environmental issues, the role of Made in Forest became the propeller to the new economy on the planet.
