EB now has live video or voice only chat with TokBox!

I love the chat feature here on our network but I have had to interview people and it is not so easy to do that with chat only in an IM format. So to remedy that we have just added a great new app here called TokBox.

Go to the Share tab above and click the sub tab, "TokBox Video Chat". Click "Join Call" and click "allow" to use video or "deny" to use voice only...if you are having a bad hair day or are still in your bathrobe! You can then go to the "Invite" tab in TokBox to ask your friends from your other social networks like FB, Twitter etc. to join you. You can also send out a URL link to anyone on our network or anywhere to join in the conversation.

Use this to market your business or grow your friendships by scheduling streaming video events, meetings or interviews. Remember to post your event time and info in our Events. Then at the time of the Video event, sign in to TkBox, get your URL for the video chat and then edit the Event post with the URL link... and also send out the URL link to anyone via email or a social network with news of the event!
